Letter without CTT
No CTT? That changes the route
Under the current official procedure, a communication without a CTT is used where the Electoral Census Office has been able to check the other requirements but not the validity of the residence permit.
What the current procedure says: sign the communication and send it to the relevant Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Census Office, together with a copy of a valid foreigner identity card (TIE) or a residence certificate issued by the Police.
Use the letter by post
Follow the address and instructions on the communication. Keep a copy of what you send.
